Corporate network for health management

In October 2016, several large companies from the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis founded the network "We are BGM". Two to three times a year, the member representatives meet at the BGM forums to exchange their experiences and views regarding the different activities to improve and take care of the health of their employees. The meetings involve exchanging ideas, comparing concepts and create connection to inform and inspirate each other.

The health of employees is fundamental for their performance and satisfaction, which also benefits the productivity of a company. This network should is the ground for health-improving activities to maintain the performance and quality of life of all our employees. The BGM forums are based on values such as openness, fairness and respect. The hosts, who change regularly, invite all participants to visit their company.
